JL Invest (Pty) Ltd is established in 2016 when we moved from Belgium to South Africa. From February 2017 we manage African Dreams Guesthouse in Somerset West.

 

A lot of information is hard or cannot be found online, like building permits, zoning plans, environmental permits, but also health insurance, property insurance, etc. How to find reliable building contractors, architects, electricians, plumbers,…. who don’t charge you an arm and a leg and deliver quality work. We experienced there are a lot of things which are hard to organize when you are not yet in settled in the Western Cape. Assistance of someone reliable and who knows the local market and people can be very helpful.

 

With 27 years of accounting experience in different branches and 10 years of experience in property management, I decided to use my knowledge and experience to help people who consider to invest in residential or commercial property or want to start a business in the greater Cape Town area and/or The Cape Winelands (Somerset West, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek).
